PIUS AYEMVA AVIOMEMBER
Pius Ayemva Avio is a finance and governance professional with over 20 years of executive experience in the energy and financial sectors. He serves on the Board of Directors of West One Microfinance Company Ltd and chairs the Finance and Audit Committee, providing strategic oversight in financial management, audit, and regulatory compliance.
He is the Director of Finance at the Ghana Grid Company Ltd, with leadership responsibility spanning corporate finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax compliance.
Mr. Avio holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, from University of Cape Coast, EMBA (Finance) from University of Ghana Business School, MA (HRM) from University of Cape Coast , LLB from Central University, and LLM (Tax Law, Policy & Practice) from University of Ghana School of Law. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), a Chartered Tax Practitioner, and a Lawyer.
